§ 1. General Provisions

These Regulations define the general terms, conditions, and manner of provision of services by Meridian Corporate Solutions S.L., with its registered office in Madrid, via the website www.meridian-solutions.es.

The use of the website and services offered implies full acceptance of these Regulations. Users are obliged to comply with all provisions contained herein.
The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Regulations at any time. Amendments will be published on the website and become effective upon publication.

Platform – The website operated by the Service Provider at the address www.meridian-solutions.es.
User – Any natural person, legal person, or organizational unit without legal personality, who uses the services provided electronically by the Service Provider.
Account – A User's individual panel, if applicable, created upon registration, allowing the use of specific functionalities.
Services – All consulting services, information, and functionalities offered by the Service Provider through the Platform, as detailed in the service descriptions.
Regulations – This document, specifying the terms and conditions of using the Platform and Services.

The Service Provider offers specialized business consulting services, including legal support, tax planning, and M&A advisory. The detailed scope of services is described on the relevant subpages of the Platform and is subject to individual agreement with the Client.
The Platform provides informational content, including articles, case studies, and expert publications, which are for general informational purposes only and do not constitute legal or financial advice.
Users may use the contact form to submit inquiries regarding the Services. Submitting an inquiry does not constitute the conclusion of a service agreement.
The conclusion of a formal service agreement requires direct contact and the signing of a separate engagement letter outlining the scope, terms, and fees of the service.

To use the Platform correctly, the User must have a device with Internet access, an up-to-date web browser (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Safari), and have cookies and JavaScript enabled in the browser.
The Service Provider is not responsible for any disruptions, including interruptions in the functioning of the Platform, caused by force majeure or unauthorized actions of third parties.
The User is responsible for ensuring the security of their own device and data against viruses and other online threats.

The User is obliged to use the Platform in a manner consistent with applicable law, social norms, and the provisions of these Regulations.
The User is prohibited from providing unlawful content and from using the Platform or Services for illegal purposes or in a manner that violates the rights of third parties.
All content published on the Platform, including text, graphics, and logos, is protected by copyright and is the property of the Service Provider. The User may not copy, reproduce, or distribute this content without prior written consent.
The User is obliged to provide true and accurate data when using contact forms or other functionalities of the Platform.
The User bears full responsibility for their actions or omissions that violate the law or cause damage to the Service Provider or third parties.

Any disputes arising from the provision of services under these Regulations shall be resolved by the competent court for the registered office of the Service Provider.
In matters not covered by these Regulations, the relevant provisions of Spanish law shall apply.
These Regulations shall enter into force on the date of their publication on the Platform's website.
